To Our Patients:

We know how busy life can be and how challenging it can be to fit appointments into your hectic schedule. To help ensure that you can get an appointment that fits into your schedule we are implementing some new policies.

• All cosmetic surgical consultations require a pre-paid $250 consult fee which will be credited toward your booked procedure. Payments can be made securely online consultation fee or over the phone when you schedule the appointment.
• No shows to surgical consultations will forfeit their consultation fee
• A credit card is required to schedule non-surgical (spa/injectable) appointments.
• We now require a minimum 48 hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Without a 48 hour notice (or a no-show) we reserve the right to charge $50 to your credit card.
• We kindly request that you arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, The Aesthetic Center reserves the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the no show fee.

We hope this policy allows us to continue to stay on time for all our patients and have more availability for appointment times that fit your schedule.

We will also be extending our hours in the evening for injectables services! The new policy and extended hours are effective July 26th, 2021.
