Patient Details
The patient's major concern was a feeling of heaviness and pain on the bottom of both breasts. The implants had been positioned below the natural crease which provides support to the implants. In addition, the implants were too narrow creating an unatural contour on the sides and bottom of the breast. Breast creases have been recreated by internal suturing to alleviate the discomfort and improve shape. The implants were resized and repositioned to provide more natural shape and fullness.
